Developing People and Strengthening Operations: Megan Stotts

Megan Stotts plays an important role in advancing consistency, growth, and operational excellence across HOLT Group as an Operational Training Consultant II. With experience across multiple roles within Texas First Rentals and HOLT, Megan brings a well-rounded, firsthand perspective to her work—focused on strengthening systems, improving training, and helping teams operate cohesively while supporting a strong customer experience.

One of Megan's proudest accomplishments is leading the development of the TFR Whatever It Takes: Operational Uniformity class. Recognizing a need for greater consistency at the counter level, she collaborated with leadership to bring the program to life. What began as an idea is now a quarterly class that continues to develop coordinators and reinforce operational standards across the organization. Facilitating these sessions—and being compared to Dan Norris during one—was a meaningful milestone in her career.

What Megan enjoys most about her role is the impact she has on both people and processes. Each day, she looks for ways to elevate systems and training protocols that help the company operate more effectively. Having worked in many roles throughout Texas First Rentals and HOLT allows her to support team members across the organization and use the relationships she's built to help others succeed.

Women in Construction Week is meaningful to Megan because it highlights the growing recognition of women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She values the opportunity to help show that women are capable, driven, and have just as many opportunities to grow and advance.

HOLT Group's values are a key reason Megan has built a 10-year career with the company. They align closely with her personal values and guide how she shows up each day, holding herself—and others—accountable in both work and life.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys life with her husband of nearly 10 years and their two daughters, Harper, 4½, and Haisley,
