Keeping Projects Moving: Vicki Napier
Vicki Napier plays a critical role in keeping jobs on track as a Dispatcher for Texas First Rentals in Cibolo. With a background rooted in installation and construction-related industries, Vicki brings hands-on understanding and reliability to everything she does. Her experience—from alarm systems to heavy equipment—has shaped a career built around supporting customers and helping projects move forward without delay.
At the heart of Vicki's work is service. She takes pride in being someone customers can count on, whether that means coordinating equipment or helping get a job back up and running when timing matters most. Knowing she had a role in helping a customer complete their project is one of the accomplishments she's most proud of, and it's what motivates her every day.
Women in Construction Week is meaningful to Vicki because it highlights the impact women can have across the industry. She enjoys seeing women in construction who inspire others and help show that there is space for everyone to succeed and contribute.
Company values matter deeply to Vicki. To her, having clear values shows that a company truly cares and is willing to stand behind what it believes in. That commitment reinforces trust—with employees and customers alike—and aligns with how she approaches her role.
Outside of work, family is at the center of Vicki's life. She and her husband recently celebrated their 17th anniversary, and together they have a blended family of seven children. While most of their kids are grown and living across the country, they still have a teenage son at home preparing to join the Coast Guard. In her free time, Vicki enjoys home improvement projects, refurbishing furniture, riding motorcycles with her husband, spending time with family, and "ducking" other Jeeps whenever she gets the chance.
Texas First Rentals is grateful for Vicki's dedication, dependability, and the care she brings to every customer interaction.
