Building Relationships from the Ground Up: Alexis Salmeron

Alexis Salmeron brings a strong understanding of construction and customer relationships to her role as an Outside Sales Representative for Texas First Rentals in Waxahachie. With previous experience focused on the final phases of construction projects, she became interested in the full project lifecycle and wanted to be involved earlier—helping drive results from the ground up. That perspective guides how she approaches every customer and every job.

What Alexis enjoys most about her role is building strong, lasting relationships. Time spent in the field allows her to connect directly with customers, understand their challenges, and provide equipment solutions that truly support their operations. The variety of each day, along with the trust built through consistent communication and follow-through, makes her work especially rewarding.

One of Alexis' proudest career accomplishments is partnering with the film studio behind The Chosen, providing equipment to support both preparation and filming. Being part of a project that aligns with her personal faith and has touched audiences across the country made the experience especially meaningful.

Outside of work, Alexis is a proud mom of three active young athletes. Much of her time is spent cheering on her kids at soccer games and attending sporting events as a family. Being a parent has strengthened her time management and resilience, and her family remains her biggest motivation as she continues to grow in her career while staying present at home.
